When you sign up for updates, we collect the email address you give us and which part of the site you signed up from. If you fill out our get-involved form, that form is hosted on Google and your answers are handled under Google's privacy policy.

Like most websites, we also receive basic technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) to understand how the site is used.

We use your email to send you updates about The Commwell — early opportunities, ways to get involved, and news as the vision takes shape. Nothing else. We don't sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also email us at any time at hello@thecommwell.com to be removed from the list.

We share your information only with service providers who help us run the site and our email list (for example, hosting and email delivery), and only to the extent needed to do that work. We may disclose information if required by law.

You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can ask us what information we hold about you or request that we delete it by emailing hello@thecommwell.com.

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with a fresh date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
