It doesn't fully exist yet.
And that's the point.

More “we got you.”
A different kind of network
Not as a slogan. As an economic strategy.

Opportunity.
Connection.
Resources.
Real support.
We're exploring what it would look like to build a women's community around three things we believe matter deeply: wealth, community and support.
01
Build it. Keep it. Share access to it.
02
We were promised a village. Let's actually make one.

Started over coffee.
Still not over it.
The Commwell didn't come from a boardroom or a brand agency. It started the way most good things do — two women, one too many coffees, and a question we couldn't stop asking: where the hell is the village?

Co-founder
A real estate broker who believes home is bigger than four walls. Lindsey has spent her career as a community advocate and brand storyteller — running community outreach programs, organizing events and fundraising efforts, and doing the thing she's genuinely great at: connecting good people to good people. She's the one asking how The Commwell turns good intentions into real, everyday support.

Co-founder
A community builder who designs systems that widen the circle of power — economic, political and social. Chelsea is the founder of Badass Jobs, connecting justice-impacted workers to real opportunity, leads equity-focused workshops through Reimagining Public Safety, and spent years running strategic initiatives at Amazon. She's the one asking how The Commwell actually changes who gets access.
